Lab Life

Science is built on collaboration, curiosity, and community. Beyond research, our lab enjoys celebrating milestones, participating in outreach, and spending time together. Here's a glimpse into life outside the experiments.

Our First Halloween Together

In 2025, our lab celebrated its first Halloween together with costumes, treats, and laughter! It was a fun opportunity to step away from the bench, get creative, and enjoy time together as a team.

Thanksgiving Lab Meeting

Lab meetings are an important part of our week, but this one came with a festive twist. We gathered for a Thanksgiving potluck, sharing homemade dishes and taking time to celebrate the friendships and collaboration that makes our lab such a supportive place to work.

A Miniature Lab Garden

For our holiday lab meeting and Secret Santa exchange, Keeley handcrafted this miniature garden inspired by our lab. Filled with personalized details and handmade decorations, it was a thoughtful gift that reminded us that creativity and science often go hand in hand. The longer you look, the more you'll discover, from tiny scientific touches to hidden details inspired by our lab.
